Shipping Locations
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major metro or a remote area, we ensure our scents reach your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
To make your shopping experience secure and easy, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery. You can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent.


Shipping Charges
Flat Rate: We charge a standard shipping fee of PKR 200 on all orders across Pakistan.
Promotions: Keep an eye out for our "Luxe Crazy Deals" which may occasionally offer free shipping or bundled discounts.

Delivery Timeline
We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible:
All Over Pakistan: 3–5 working days.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-demand sale events.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Process
Our courier partner will make at least two attempts to deliver your package.
Please ensure your provided phone number is active so the rider can contact you for coordinates.
Unclaimed or refused orders may result in the suspension of the COD facility for future purchases.
