Our Return & Exchange Promise At Luxe Fumer, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with absolute confidence. If your purchase isn't completely right for you, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Quick Terms & Conditions:

15-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 15 days from your official delivery date.

Eligible Products: This policy exclusively applies to our 50ml luxury fragrances ordered through our official online store (www.luxefumer.com).

Usage Limit: To ensure a fair evaluation for both parties, the perfume bottle must retain at least 90% of its original volume. If the product has been used more than 10%, we will unfortunately be unable to process a return or exchange.

Shipping & Processing:

Shipping Charges: Flat PKR 200 all over Pakistan for processing returns/exchanges.

Processing Timeline: Once your return or exchange request is received at our facility and verified by our team, please allow 8 to 10 working days for the complete processing and completion of your request.
