15-Day Return & Exchange Window You can request a return or exchange within 15 days from your official purchase date.

Eligible Products This policy exclusively applies to our 50ml luxury fragrances ordered through our official online store (www.luxefumer.com).

Usage Limit & Policy Conditions To ensure a fair evaluation for both parties:

• The perfume bottle must retain at least 90% of its original volume.

• If the product has been used more than 10%, we will unfortunately be unable to process a return or exchange.

Processing Timeline Once your return/exchange request is received at our facility and verified by our team, please allow 8 to 10 working days for the complete processing and completion of your request.
